shipping and terms

Please keep in mind that all Mari Masot pieces are entirely handmade in small batches and may vary slightly from the piece shown in the photograph.   

Ready-to-ship pieces will be sent out within five business days.  Pieces made to order will take approximately 4-6 weeks to make and ship.  Though it's unlikely, should a piece arrive damaged, please send me a photo within 24 hours to arrange a replacement or refund.   

If you’re in Barcelona and would like to come to the studio to pick up your order, choose “in-studio pickup” in the shipping options.

Please note that international orders will require payment of customs and duty fees upon delivery.
